I greatly appreciate your raw journalism. It is rare especially nowadays to find someone like you who can uncover and report such honest news.
I am also surprised and kind of disappointed that Huppenthal didn’t even remember what bill he had voted for. I know a million must go through his office a day, but one so substantial as that must leave so trace as to what position you took.

104,000 students participating in CTE programs with $57,000 funding. They could literally ask the students to each bring a $5 donation to the class and double that funding. Absolutely pathetic..

@krwags11 Good luck getting help for the CTE programs. One of my biggest regrets in high school was not attending the local technical school. It would’ve saved me years in college, by teaching me that what I thought I wanted to do… I did not actually want to do. I can only imagine how much time and money I would’ve saved.

As a broadcast major I understand being frustrated that your video was used in a way you didnt appreciate, but you did not clarify that he came back. Your report leads the viewer to believe that he did not return to the interview and even if he did, nothing he said was newsworthy enough for you to mention. It isnt false accusations by others reporting that piece of your video because at no point did you clarify what happened after he left. Good piece of journalism nonetheless.

Although I am not for new taxes, because I believe alternative and more creative ways of raising funds can be found, I nevertheless like how you came prepared and the hypocrites unveiled themselves by not being able to answer one easy question
