A Levels is considered as Advanced Levels. Consider A Levels as a more rigorous form of AP subjects in the American system; the only differences is that american high school students don't have to take AP but to enter an English University, A Levels is a must. I would say, go to the international applicants link and follow those instructions. Don't worry about all the inner workings of the system, because they will evaluate your transcript in their own way.
