If I finish General education in one college, Can i start on my AA degree at another?

I am going to being finishing my General Education at the college Iam going to. I want to get my Associates Degree in Drafting Technology but at another college. Do you think I will be able to?
For example, will my general education classes transfer to the to the other college?

The classes will transfer if (a) the college you’re attending is regionally accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the US Dept of Education, (b) you got a C or better in the class, and (c) the college you’re transferring them to offers the same classes.
