What education training is required to work in a hotel or at the airport or such?

I’m currently working as a bilingual secretary (don’t have higher education yet) but i want to build myself up as i go on, that may be helpful but obviously it’s not enough, what can I do?

what does this question have to do with the education of students with special needs?
